About AIESEC Life
For the first fifty years, AIESEC U.S. was without an active alumni association. Alumni had only informal and local platforms to interact with one another after graduating from university. Past efforts to coordinate alumni activities were not sustained over the years. Yet, alumni enthusiasm and dedication to AIESEC remains high.
AIESEC Life offers a new commitment. Alumni from different generations of AIESEC are building a sustainable organization focused on both connecting alumni and supporting the growth of AIESEC. We invite you to support the AIESEC Life alumni community to stay connected and to join others in giving back to AIESEC.
PURPOSE To support and promote the charitable and educational activities of AIESEC US, Inc. by cultivating relationships between and among AIESEC US and its growing community of alumni and by raising funds to provide scholarships to students.
MISSION To provide valuable services that enable AIESEC alumni to connect, collaborate, and learn from each other, and to support AIESEC’s growth.
VISION By 2012, AIESEC Life will connect more than 10,000 alumni with each other. Alumni will access the AIESEC Life network for career development, entrepreneurship, mentorship, professional contacts, and social networking as a resource in their lives. The organization will coordinate and facilitate regular local and national events to support alumni interests and manage funds through which alumni can give back to AIESEC U.S. Local members of AIESEC will stay in touch with AIESEC Life after they graduate from university – accessing the alumni organization to continue AIESEC’s mission of building cultural understanding and international cooperation as they move on to the next steps of their lives.
