sweetriot is creating a sweet movement to change the world, something that Sarah Endline, its Mastermind and Chief Rioter, has some experience in doing from her AIESEC days.  Sarah was LCP of AIESEC Michigan, before going on to be Vice President and President of AIESEC U.S.  Today she is among the 40 under 40 and she is now a strong supporter of AIESEC Life in its Leadership Circle.  Read below about Sarah and sweetriot and why she does what she does!

1. What is your favorite AIESEC memory?

There are so many memories.  Two that come to mind are international.  I spent the summer of 1993 traveling around the world for my senior thesis and I stayed with AIESECers in every country – Hungary, Kenya, Pakistan, Mexico and Venezuela.  In 1995 I traveled to my first International Congress in Sri Lanka.  Sitting in a room with AIESECers from 85 different countries just made me realize how special our network was.  The work by day and play by night was unbelievable in Sri Lanka, and I can remember riding home in little Sri Lankan taxis (tuk tuk’s) after dancing with AIESECers into the wee hours only to rise a few hours later for the next session.

2. Tell us about your company and what type of services or products are offered. What makes your company unique in the marketplace?

sweetriot is creating a sweet movement to fix the world!  sweetriot is changing the healthy snacking world with our organic, fair-trade certified delicious dark chocolate.  Our cacao beans are sourced in Latin America and we put artwork from emerging artists on every package.

3. Tell us why you and your company have chosen to be sponsors of AIESEC Life?

AIESEC fundamentally changed the course of my life and made me the person I am today.  I believe in giving back and AIESEC Life is a perfect place to keep the AIESEC spirit going.  sweetriot is truly an AIESEC company in terms of its core values and spirit.

4. What would you say to other alumni who are thinking about getting involved?

We experienced something special in AIESEC and we deserve to feel that spirit again.  By giving to AIESEC Life, you can ensure ongoing updates, events, and access to an exciting community of former AIESECers.

5. How do you believe your AIESEC experience has impacted your ability to operate in the business world?

AIESEC hits home on all of the points that I believe are important for business leaders today – cultural understanding, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
