Friday, December 30 – Chairman’s Reception & Fundraiser Home of David Epstein, Chairman of AIESEC Life, Inc. Tiburon, CA. Reception includes hearty appetizers, wine, soft drinks and a delightful dessert bar. Join us to kick off this exciting reunion and mingle with the other alumni who share your passion for AIESEC. 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.Member Rate $45 ($80 non-member rate)
Saturday, December 31 – Taste and Tour of Downtown San Francisco Enjoy a world-famous cable-car tour of downtown San Francisco with new and old alumni friends. Attendees will be provided with a guided tour of downtown, historical San Francisco along with transportation passes and food vouchers for lunch as well as for a group coffee break along the way. A list of scheduled stops, including optional breaks for wine and chocolate tasting, will be suggested and will enable participants to travel with the group or enjoy the city at their own pace. 9:00 am – 3:00 p.m.Member Rate $49 ($69 non-member rate)
Saturday, December 31 – New Year’s Eve Dinner in Knob Hill Break bread and celebrate a great finish to 2011! AIESEC alumni and their guests are invited to join us for an elegant and savory dinner at Nob Hill’s celebrated Italian eatery, Ti Piacera. The prix fix three-course dinner includes salad, entree and dessert (beverages note included). Dinner begins at 7:30 pm though attendees are encouraged to join us for pre-dinner cocktails at the bar at 6:30 pm. $50 per person/$90 per couple.
Saturday, December 31 – “Passport to the World” New Year’s Eve Celebration. Join members of AIESEC Life for largest and most exciting New Year’s Eve party that San Francisco has to offer! This elegant and exciting bash will be held at the Westin St. Francis. Admission includes access to open bar for the evening plus 2-floors of music with 15 DJs spinning tunes ranging from 70′s to hip hop, house to rock, mashups and alternatives. There will also be a live band playing covers and originals. Visit www.alistsf.com for a complete party overview. Only alumni over 21 years of age are admitted – ID required. (A limited number of tickets are available to AIESEC alumni at the discounted rate of $100 per person. Sunday, January 1 – Day at Fisherman’s Wharf Gather with AIESEC alumni and their families to enjoy one of San Francisco’s most popular and historic destinations – Fisherman’s Wharf at Pier 39. Alumni and their guests are invited to join us for a family-friendly outing where we’ll start the New Year at 1:30 p.m. with a visit and guided tour of the Aquarium of the Bay. We’ll then enjoy a brief walking tour of the of Pier 39 with breaks and wine tasting along the way. Cap off the day with a visit to Players Sports and Grill Cafe at 6:00 p.m. for an evening of lounging, dinner and game time (bowl game lovers – catch the action on the screens here!). Registration includes admission to the Aquarium, dinner voucher (tokens included!) and informal guided tour of the Pier. Monday, January 2 – Alumni Day at the AIESEC United States 2011 Winter National Conference
Crowne Plaza SFO 12 noon – 9:00 p.m. Enjoy a day with alumni and current AIESECers! Our day together will kick off at 12 noon for lunch with the students featuring an all-star alumni-panel discussion including an impressive list of alumni from across the eras and industries. Then, select from a variety alumni-led training sessions surely to interest both alumni and students alike. We’ll close out the day with an alumni/partners reception and dinner with the students featuring alumnus Josh Hannah (Berkeley, ’93), General Partner at Matrix Partners, as our keynote speaker. A detailed agenda of the day is provided below.

- 2:00-3:15 p.m. – Parallel session for the Hub Initiative. Alumni from the Bay Area, as well as those visiting from elsewhere, are invited to attend a overview and discussion of the Hub Initiative and learn how to partner with AIESEC Life is build and foster an alumni hub in your community.
- 3:30- 4:00 p.m. – Break
- 4:00-5:00 p.m. – Overview of AIESEC Life and AIESEC U.S.
- 5:30-7:00 p.m - Alumni and Partner Happy Hour at Crowne Plaza lounge
- 7:00-9:00 p.m. – Alumni and Partners Gala Dinner, Keynote Address provided by Josh Hannah(Berkeley, ’93)

Information on Registration:
- All registration fees are considered tax-deductible donations.
- Early Registration is from November 21 – December 5. Regular rates will apply on December 6 except for current members of AIESEC Life who may register at the Member Rate shown at any time.
- All events are open to AIESEC alumni and their guests and registration includes membership into AIESEC Life for one calendar year.
- Meet up and travel instructions for each listed event will be emailed to all registrants approximately 2 weeks prior to the event as well as posted on the site.
- All event fees can be refunded (less the processing fee) upon request until December 15, 2011.
