This page is a reference for the operation and management of this website which has been built using a highly customized version of WordPress and select plugins to provide our Members with a robust set of tools for listing AIESEC Life regional events in their respective Hubs.

AIESECLife.org is a member focused community which requires users to be registered members for the purpose of posting comments or in order to RSVP to events on our publicly available Events Calendar which offers a “Month at a Glance” view of all events in regional Hubs.

AIESEC Life Hubs , which should be familiar t0 all Alumni Members, are often labeled as Groups throughout this website for the time being. We are working to correct this as quickly as possible but in some cases it may never change. Each Hub/Group has a Hub Leader who is listed as the Group Admin and has Editorial control over each region based Hub including what members can join that Hub and RSVP to Hub events using the integrated Bookings feature on any event listing page.

Each Hub has a Group Forums tab for discussing Hub news and events and any member of a Hub has access to that Hubs respective forums. The “Activity Tab” provides a timeline view of all member activity taking lace within a Hub. All site members are automatically added to the General Members Hub for communications purposes and each member will have to “Join a Group” for access to any regional Hub. Any Hub member has the ability to “Contribute” events or blog posts which  go into a Draft status and must be approved by the Hub Leader before being posted to the live website.
