AIESEC US is facing a pivotal moment with international exchange at seriously low numbers. We're reaching out to our alumni, a community who knows how critical the exchange program is to AIESEC, to help provide sales leads for the MC and LCs for Incoming Global Talent (iGTa) opportunities (traineeships). AIESEC US needs to generate traineeship sales in the next three months to continue operations without using the last of its emergency reserves.
Now is the time to tap your network, call in those favors, take a trainee, and/or reach out to potential employers who could hire an international AIESEC trainee. In today's current job market, AIESEC is in a unique position to help firms that are struggling with a shortage of talented labor. If you are not in a position to hire an AIESEC trainee yourself, please think about your contacts and try to arrange at least one introduction to a potential buyer of an iGTa opportunity.
