Local Committees & BOAs
There are 25 LCs in the US (click on the map above to see a current list). Each LC is encouraged to have a minimum of three active Board of Advisors (BoA). The BoA's purpose is to provide guidance, support, and feedback to the strategies, operations, and goals of the LC's Executive Board (EB). BoAs provide consistency from year to year and help the LC manage the transition and onboarding of their new EBs. BoA members contribute their time and talent to LCs through advice, networking opportunities, encouragement, financial contributions, and regular engagement. AIESEC Life alumni play a valuable role as BoA members and have been one of the secrets to an LC's success and ability to survive and thrive.

2021 Mentorship Program
|
|
Matching has begun for our 2021 Alumni Mentorship Program. Forty-three AIESECers have enrolled in the program and will be our newest mentees. A big thank you to our talented pool of alumni who have generously signed up to serve as mentors. The program will run from January to June and consist of a minimum of 6 topic-driven virtual meet-ups covering subjects like networking, getting the most out of your AIESEC experience, job interviewing, and managing change in the workplace. If you feel you can offer a level of expertise in a particular area or skill development, please contact [email protected]. If you indicated an interest in being a mentor, our team will notify you by early January to let you know if you have been matched to a young AIESECer.
