A Year of Collaboration and Growth: Farewell to Abby Lemma, and Welcome Paulina Ávila!

We have had an incredible year working with Abby Lemma, whose leadership has been instrumental in our success. As of July 1, the AIESEC US Leadership will undergo its annual transition, and while we are sad to see Abby move on, we are excited about her future endeavors.
Abby, our MCP for 2023-2024, will be heading to Cartagena, Colombia, in August to begin an enriching exchange experience. She will be teaching English at a university for three months, after which she plans to pursue a fulfilling and impactful career. Stay connected with Abby at [email protected] as she embarks on this exciting new chapter.
Stepping into the role on July 1, Paulina Ávila (Pau) will be our new MCP for AIESEC US. Pau is currently finalizing plans with her team and is eager to lead AUS towards continued growth and success in developing young leaders. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Abby for her contributions and wish her the best of luck in her future aspirations. At the same time, we warmly welcome Pau and look forward to a productive and inspiring year ahead.
